Let’s really talk about it… Why I’ve embraced the bra-free life: It may sound simple, but ditching my bras has been about more than just comfort and health 💕 For me, it’s a way to embrace authenticity—as a mom and a woman without a lot “going on” in that department. It’s given me confidence I didn’t know I needed. But for real, the health benefits are eye-opening. Wearing a bra for 14+ hours a day restricts blood flow and blocks our lymph system, which is vital for flushing out toxins. Less restriction means better circulation, improved muscle tone, less pressure, and best of all? That end-of-the-day freedom, all day long! I’ll admit, I didn’t want to feel too exposed 😱 so after seeing @cakesbody pop up everywhere, I gave them a try—and they’ve been amazing. They’re the perfect balance of coverage and freedom, giving me just what I need to go confidently bra-free the past few months. 🌸 This month, let’s look beyond the pink ribbons and start with what really supports our bodies.
