Progress vs Excuses

Navigating our way through natural healing

Progress vs Excuses

As we enter the second half of the year, it’s time to reflect: in six months, will you have made progress or excuses towards your goals? Too often, we let our excuses hold us back instead of fueling the fire to achieve our desires.

The first part of this year didn’t go as planned. We faced unexpected challenges and breakdowns—most notably, Todd’s diagnosis, dealing with conventional treatment and side effects. It was a tough period, full of uncertainties and fears. But here’s the thing: breakdowns often lead to breakthroughs. We had to navigate through the storm to find our strength and clarity.

Just two weeks ago, Todd had his port removed. This significant milestone marks the beginning of his true road to recovery and alternative healing. Each day, he feels better and stronger, reminding us of the power of resilience and the importance of health.

I have to mention that starting an online business has been one of the most transformational experiences of my life. It’s not just about financial freedom—though that will be incredible—it’s about reclaiming my time, my location, and my health. This journey has taught me that health and wealth are deeply intertwined. When we prioritize our physical well-being, we gain the energy and clarity to pursue our financial and personal goals with vigor.

I am more committed to my physical health now than ever before. Every step I take towards a healthier lifestyle fuels my drive to succeed in my business. And guess what? You can do it too. It’s time to stop making excuses and start making progress.

Despite the challenges we faced, we used those experiences to fuel our determination. Todd’s journey has been another wake-up call, reminding us of the importance of health and resilience. It pushed us to dig deeper, to strive harder, and to appreciate the journey even more.

Setting Intentions to Achieve Your Goals

The key to transforming your dreams into reality lies in setting clear intentions. This means getting specific about what you want to achieve and why. Write down your goals, visualize your success, and break down your ambitions into actionable steps.

  1. Define Your Goals: Be specific about what you want. Vague goals lead to vague results.
  2. Create a Plan: Outline the steps you need to take. What actions will move you closer to your goals each day?
  3. Stay Accountable: Share your goals with someone who will support and motivate you.
  4. Prioritize Health: Your physical and mental well-being are the foundation of your success. Make health a non-negotiable part of your routine.
  5. Embrace the Journey: Understand that setbacks are part of the process. Use them as learning experiences and keep moving forward.
