Supporting Todd’s Lymphatic System

Navigating our way through natural healing

Supporting Todd’s Lymphatic System

When Todd was re-diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, we learned it was only found in his lymph nodes – again.

The lymphatic system is your body’s natural detox powerhouse—it helps flush out toxins, fight infections, and keep your immune system running strong. But here’s the thing no one talks about: it has no pump. Unlike your heart, which keeps your blood flowing, your lymphatic system relies entirely on movement to work properly.

If the lymphatic system becomes stagnant, toxins build up, immunity drops, and healing can come to a standstill.

That’s why we’ve made supporting Todd’s lymphatic health a top priority—and here’s what’s been most impactful:

1. Vibration Board 🌊

One of the most powerful tools we’ve added this year is a vibration board. This device stimulates lymphatic flow, encourages gentle detox, and supports overall healing. We also like the rebounder, but this requires no energy from you so its a nice addition.

2. Dry Brushing 🧖‍♂️

Dry brushing is a game-changer for improving lymphatic flow. Using a brush with firm (but gentle), natural bristles, Todd brushes in upward strokes toward his heart, helping to move stagnant lymph and detoxify the body. Plus, it’s an easy, affordable habit you can do at home!

👉 Here’s the dry brush we recommend plus castor oil!

3. Hydrogen-Rich Water 💧

Hydrogen-rich water has been another crucial piece of the puzzle in the last 4 years. Not only does it hydrate the body at a deeper level, but it also helps reduce inflammation and flush toxins stored in the lymphatic system.

We recently had an amazing call with Dr. Cabal’s assistant, Kate and she does a great job explaining the benefits of this water. It’s such a wake-up call about how something as simple as water could make such a profound impact on healing.

👉 Watch the replay of that call here.

Why Lymphatic Health Matters

The lymphatic system doesn’t just affect those battling cancer—it’s critical for everyone. A sluggish lymphatic system can lead to fatigue, inflammation, swelling, and a weakened immune response.

In Todd’s journey, we’ve learned that supporting the lymphatic system isn’t just about cancer recovery; it’s about building a foundation for long-term health. Whether you’re healing from a diagnosis or simply trying to optimize your wellness, your lymphatic system deserves your attention.
